Did you know: Mount Vesuvius, on the west coast of Italy, is the only active volcano on mainland Europe. It is best known because of the eruption in A.D. 79 that destroyed the cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum, but Vesuvius has erupted more than 50 times. Last eruption was March 1944.

I used to use a commercial model Versa Climber at the base gym each morning for 30 minutes when I was stationed in Virginia Beach around 2004, and I\’ve wanted my own ever since. 17 years later, I finally bought a CL-108 H used/like new off Facebook Marketplace. Apparently, the previous owner tried it for a few minutes and said the workout was too difficult.
I did the Mount Vesuvius climb last night in 29:43 minutes. Photo sent via e-mail. The computer said I burned about 570 calories! Versa Climbing is the best cardio PT there is!
