15 DAY RETURN POLICY
While we fully believe in the products we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or it may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 15-day Return Policy for refund less shipping.
RETURNING YOUR VERSACLIMBER
If you are not 100% satisfied with your VersaClimber, you may return within fifteen (15) days after delivery for a full refund less shipping costs.
All shipping and freight charges “to” and “from” are non-refundable. Customer pays all shipping obligation.
If your VersaClimber is returned damaged caused by neglect, oversight, carelessness, not properly packaged, with missing parts, or otherwise shows signs of abuse, VersaClimber reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fee.
All returns must be authorized before VersaClimber is to be shipped back for refund. Please contact your sales rep or the reseller from where you purchased the VersaClimber, for authorization, return instructions and procedure.
All other returns that exceed our 15 day return policy may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be shipped in the original VersaClimber packaging. If packaging has been lost or thrown away, we will sell you new product packaging.
Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
